Purchasing Refund & Return
Our refund and returns policy for purchasing lasts 14 days to 2 years after the delivery, depends on the warranty time of a product. Product without warranty will last 14 days only. If the time have passed since the product delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we only accept defect product reason, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Broken packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is requested for return more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that our rooftop tents and accessories come with a 2-year warranty, so any issues related to manufacturer defects or workmanship within this period will be covered under the warranty terms.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@actrica.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items such as recommerced/ resell products cannot be refunded which is usually stated in the product short descriptions.
Shipping returns
For any reasons to return your product, you should mail your product to the address stated in Contact Us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Rental Services Refund
Our refund policy for rental services base on the time until the rented date. This applies to all gears except specified.
However, there might exemptions depends on the situations.

Please pay extra attention that your refund will be deducted by ~5% credit card handling fees which is non-refundable by credit card platform.
