Do you offer international shipping?
We offer worldwide shipping. In most cases, the price of our products includes the cost of shipping.
However, we kindly request that you always contact us before making a purchase to avoid any potential payment errors. Please note that in the event of a mispayment, a full refund may not be possible due to credit card transaction fees incurred.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, back orders are processed within 2 business days, production can take 5-10 business days, and shipping can take 40-60 days. The total waiting period is approximately 50-70 days under normal circumstances.
**Since October 2023, Red Sea War was affecting the international shipping. The shipping process may takes 60-80 days. Hence, pre-order may takes 70-90 days. Sorry for inconvenience!
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
What is your return policy?
Our refund and returns policy for purchasing lasts 14 days to 2 years after the delivery, depends on the warranty time of a product. Product without warranty will last 14 days only. If the time have passed since the product delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we only accept defect product reason, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Are there any warranties on your products?
We do not offer any warranties for our rooftop tents for standard models. Given that each user has unique habits and ways of usage, it is impossible for us to guarantee the durability of our tents under ALL circumstances. We hope you understand our position on this matter.
However, we do offer a warranty for defective products. We kindly ask you to thoroughly inspect the items upon receipt to ensure their quality and functionality.

Do you offer customization options for your rooftop tents?
Yes, we offer customization options for our rooftop tents. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your customization needs.
How do I install my Actrica rooftop tent?
In most cases, SUVs have two vertical bars, known as roof rails, on the car roof. To accommodate our products, you will need to install two horizontal bars, also known as roof racks. These bars are available for purchase or rental in our store. They are designed to support heavy weights, including rooftop tents with people inside. However, we might suggest you to purchase in physical store so that you can measure the dimension upfront in order to fit the tent.
However, it is important to note that it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the force that their car frame can support. While most cars, including non-SUVs, can typically handle such loads without issues, there may be exceptions. Therefore, we strongly recommend checking the car’s specifications and load-bearing capacity before using our products. Ensuring the car can safely support the intended load is crucial for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Any accidents resulting from incorrect installations or damages to the vehicle are the responsibility of the customer. Actrica does not assume liability for these incidents.
Where do we provide rental services?
Currently, we offer rental services exclusively in Athens, Greece. However, we are constantly working towards expanding our services to new locations. We appreciate your support and interest in our offerings.

How does renting services work?
You can make reservations for our rooftop tent and other gears conveniently through purchasing the rental products on our website. Payment will be collected during the online booking process, and the details will be adjusted according to your specific selections.
The price is finalized. It includes the cleaning fees and installation fees already. No hidden fees.
On the day of your reservation, you will arrive at the designated location to pick up your gears. Both parties will sign a renting contract. Additionally, you will be required to provide the security deposit, as stated in the booking details (a reminder email will be sent). Cash deposit and credit card deposit are allowed.
Upon returning the gears, they should be in a clean and tidy condition, similar to when they were lent to you. Extra cleaning fees is required if there are obvious dirt on our equipment. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit. Normal wear and tear is not considered as damage and is therefore exempt from deductions. However, inspections are strict upon for any damages.
