Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required for any rooftop tent pre-order. This deposit secures your order and initiates the manufacturing process.

Remaining Payment: The remaining balance will be due before the rooftop tent is shipped.

Custom Orders: Please note that pre-orders involve custom-made products, including options for personalized names or features. As these items are specifically tailored to your preferences, they cannot be resold. Therefore, custom orders are non-refundable.
Payments will be divided into three parts:

1. Order Confirmation
2. Production Complete
3. Before Shipping Out

Installment Plan Options

We are pleased to offer an installment plan for our valued customers. Below are the details of our installment policies to help you understand how our system works.

Key Points of Our Installment Plan:

• Independent of Banks: Our installment plan is not linked to any banks or external providers. This means you can use most credit and debit cards, just as you would for any normal purchase in our store. Please note that since the installment is not provided through any bank, Actrica will not receive full payment from the bank when the order is confirmed. Therefore, we will have a 50% initial payment policy as shown below
• Subscription-Based Payments: Installment payments are treated as subscriptions to our product. The subscription will end once the full payment is made.

Custom Installment Plans:

• Initial Payment: Typically, half of the total amount is due at the beginning. For example, if you are purchasing products worth 3000 euros, an initial payment of 1500 euros is required. This measure helps us secure 50% of the payment upfront to prevent scams. This partial payment is divided into two parts involving deposit and payment before shipping out.
• Flexible Payment Schedules: Payment schedules can be customized according to your preference. Whether you prefer daily, monthly, quarterly, or other intervals, we will accommodate your request.
• Identification Required: A copy of your ID card is required to proceed with any installment plan. This helps us ensure the security and legality of the transaction. Legal actions may be taken if the subscription payments are not completed as agreed.
• Payment Term: Customers can typically divide their payments over a period of up to 1 year.
