Pre-Order \/ Back Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Deposit<\/strong>: A non-refundable deposit of \u20ac500 is required for any rooftop tent pre-order. This deposit secures your order and initiates the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remaining Payment<\/strong>: The remaining balance will be due before the rooftop tent is shipped. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Custom Orders<\/strong>: Please note that pre-orders involve custom-made products, including options for personalized names or features. As these items are specifically tailored to your preferences, they cannot be resold. Therefore, custom orders are non-refundable.

This means you can use most credit and debit cards, just as you would for any normal purchase in our store. Please note that since the installment is not provided through any bank, Actrica will not receive full payment from the bank when the order is confirmed. Therefore, we will have a 50% initial payment policy as shown below<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Subscription-Based Payments<\/strong>: Installment payments are treated as subscriptions to our product. The subscription will end once the full payment is made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Flexible Payment Schedules<\/strong>: Payment schedules can be customized according to your preference. Whether you prefer daily, monthly, quarterly, or other intervals, we will accommodate your request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
