Security Deposit Online Payment

1. Refundable security deposit for rental services
2. Only for credit cards
3. Payment can be on-hold for 7 days on credit card platform without transaction fees
4. Allow another security deposit before refunding 1st time security deposit for prolonging to 14 days
5. Any refunds after on-holding 7-days will be deducted at least 3% transaction fees by credit card platform
   • Actrica does not bear any transaction fees due to the late payment or late return of equipment
   • Please make sure you return the equipment on time, we will need 1 day to proceed refund
   • 7 days renter are required to undergo 2nd time security deposit during the 5th-7th day
   • 14 days renter are required to undergo 3 times of security deposit 5th-7th day and 12-14th day
6. Cash security deposit renter can appeal the deducted security deposit due to compensation by purchasing the same amount here
