Actrica provides a platform solely for the listing and discovery of items. Our service is limited to maintaining the marketplace infrastructure and collecting necessary listing information and photos from resellers. Actrica functions exclusively as a venue to connect buyers and sellers.

No Transaction Involvement

Actrica does not participate in, facilitate, or process transactions between users. All negotiations, payment arrangements, and delivery methods must be independently established between buyers and sellers without Actrica’s involvement or oversight. Actrica does not act as an agent, broker, or escrow service for any transaction.

User Responsibility

Users engage in transactions at their own risk. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

• Conducting due diligence before completing transactions
• Verifying the authenticity and condition of items
• Ensuring the legitimacy of the transaction counterparty
• Establishing clear terms regarding payment, delivery, and returns
• Resolving any disputes that may arise from transactions

Actrica accepts no liability for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of listed items
• The accuracy of listing descriptions or images
• The ability of sellers to transfer ownership or deliver items
• The ability of buyers to complete payment
• Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or scams
• Any theft, property damage, or illegal actions by users
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions

Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform. Prohibited activities include selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items. Actrica reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
