Actrica provides third-party record-keeping services at no cost to users. This service is limited to documentation and data storage only. Actrica acts solely as an independent record-keeper and not as a party to any rental agreement.
Rental Arrangements
All inquiries, negotiations, and arrangements regarding rentals must be directed to the lender/owner directly. Actrica does not facilitate, broker, or participate in rental transactions between parties.
Limitation of Liability
Actrica bears no responsibility or liability for any aspect of rental services, including but not limited to: product condition, rental terms, payment disputes, property damage, personal injury, or any claims arising from the rental transaction between parties. Users acknowledge that Actrica is not a party to rental agreements and assumes no warranties, expressed or implied.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Actrica maintains strict confidentiality of all user information and transaction records. User data will not be disclosed to third parties except when:
Required by applicable law
Pursuant to valid legal process (court orders, subpoenas)
Necessary for the protection of legal rights
Required for the enforcement of our Terms of Service
