Roof Top Tent Warranty
2-Year Limited Warranty
All Deluxe Package roof top tents come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Coverage Details
- Manufacturing Defects: We will replace any components that fail due to manufacturing defects
- Hardware Components: Includes tent base, shell, hinges, latches, and internal frame components
- Fabric Elements: Covers tent canvas against defects
Warranty Claim Process
- Document the Issue: Take clear photos and videos of the problem
- Submit a Claim: Send your request to sales@actrica.com with your order number
- Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim within 5 business days
- Resolution: If approved, we’ll proceed accordingly
- Send a repair kit for self-repairing
- Send a brand new tent (if total loss, and cannot use properly)
Warranty Limitations
The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:
- Damage resulting from improper use or installation
- Cuts, tears, or punctures caused by sharp objects
- Weather-related damage (extreme winds, hail, flooding)
- Cosmetic changes that don’t affect functionality (fading, minor scratches)
- Damage from accidents or collisions
- Modifications to the original product
- Normal wear that doesn’t affect performance
Important Conditions
- Initial Inspection Period: Any damage upon receipt must be reported within 14 days of delivery, the provided insurance compensation will be fully transferred to customer
- Original Purchaser Only: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase
- Non-Transferable: Warranty cannot be transferred if the tent is sold or given to another person
- Commercial Use: Warranty is void if used for commercial purposes
Repair Process
For approved warranty claims:
- Repair Kits: We will provide appropriate repair kits for your specific issue
- Tutorial Support: Detailed instructions will be included
- Technical Assistance: Our support team is available to guide you through the repair process
Post-Warranty Support
After your warranty period expires:
- Repair kits will remain available for purchase
- Technical support will continue to be provided
- Replacement parts can be ordered directly from our website
Other Accessories Warranty
1-Year Limited Warranty
All accessories included with your rooftop tent or purchased separately come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under the same conditions as the roof top tent warranty:
- Coverage Period: 1 year from date of purchase
- Original Purchaser Only: Non-transferable warranty
- Normal Use: Covers only defects under normal use conditions
- Same Limitations: Subject to the same exclusions as tent warranties
- Reporting Period: Any damage upon receipt must be reported within 14 days of delivery
