Actrica provides a two-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, protecting against manufacturer defects in workmanship and parts that fail under normal use. During this warranty period, Actrica will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective parts at no charge. Please be aware that this warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or natural disasters. Additionally, it excludes cosmetic changes, such as fading or alterations to the shell or tent materials. If an item is found to be “not properly maintained,” it may result in a denial of warranty coverage. Accessories

Actrica offers a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects, covering workmanship and parts that fail under normal use. During this period, Actrica will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective parts at no cost to you.This warranty does not extend to problems caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of God. It also does not cover aesthetic changes that occur through regular use. If an item is determined to be “not properly maintained,” warranty coverage may be denied.
